Propertytracker™ allows you to track when ANY documents have been recorded against any real property in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn and Bronx (for a period of 90 days from the submission of your request).

To track one or more properties, simply enter the Borough, Block and Lot(s).

ACRIStracker™ will email you the recording information for each document recorded during your tracking period.
